Shipping to Netherlands possible due to de minimis threshold there!
Due to the new EU regulations on packaging waste, all other shipping into EU countries will still remain paused. Regulations were starting on August 12, 2026. The new regulations is valid for all vendors selling within the EU. There was a discussion in the EU committee on a threshold for small volumes or a memorandum on part of the rules, but unfortunately, it came to nothing.
If you are inconvenienced by this situation, my suggestion would be to write a short, polite, personal note about how you feel directly to the EU commissioner in charge of the department in question. Her name is Jessika Roswall, and you can find a contact email address on her webpage. If there is enough feedback from the public, maybe things will still change. Shipping is currently only available for Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada and other non-EU countries with the exception of the US and Great Britain.
Due to the new PPWR rules in the EU, shipping is currently only available within Germany, to the Netherlands, and to non-EU countries (the latter with the exception of UK, US and Puerto Rico).
Shipping and handling costs are calculated according to the weight of goods, with some amendments regarding the size of the goods. In case the shipping company charges crisis surcharges, these may be added to the basic shipping prices listed here.
For packages to a German address, costs are
2.30 € for a single knitting pattern/single printed spinning instructions
5 € for a weight less than 450 g
10.70 € for a weight more than 450 g and less than 950 g
11.50 € for a weight more than 950 g and less than 2,600 g
13.50 € for a weight more than 2,600 g and less than 4,800 g
16.30 € for a weight more than 4,800 g and less than 9,500 g
23.50 € for a weight more than 9,500 g
For goods that measure more than 9.5 cm in all three dimensions, shipping cost is at least 10.70 € regardless of weight. For goods with a length of more than 60 cm, costs are at least 11.50 € independent of actual weight. Orders with a value of more than 500 EUR are shipped with an insurance according to the value of the goods up to a maximum of 2,500,- EUR.

For goods with a length of 60 cm or more, shipping and handling is in the "weight up to 2,800 g" tier even if weight is lower.
In addition to getting the goods shipped, you have the possibility to order and then collect your goods in person; collecting your goods is possible either in Erlangen or at an event. Packaging of your ordered goods is in cardboard boxes, sealed with paper tape. For securing the goods inside the box, bubble wrap or air cushions may be used; these are always re-used materials and never new.
